Interested. How much down payment, payments incl. principal, taxes and insurance per month? How much are r/e taxes per year. Is it liveable in its present condition. If not, what is necessary structural or plumbing or electrical or any other type of necessary repairs or repairs needing done? Is the owner with a free and clear fee simple interset deed? I work for an attorney so maybe he could do the closing at no out of pocket cost to me and the Seller, or probably a title company would do just as well, to deliver a title committment and a search on the property of no current liens or encumbrances on the title to the property.

I believe that avoiding prepared foods will be the first step in order to lose weight. They may taste good, but prepared foods include very little nutritional value, making you eat more simply to have enough energy to get over the day.
